Pre-Inspection

We believe in having our client’s home pre-inspected to find out UP FRONT if there are any major issues we should be concerned about BEFORE we put your home on the market. First impressions mean everything, let’s make a great one!

Home Staging

We believe no home is ready for the market immediately. We bring in a professional, certified, home stager to help your home look it’s best. We encourage our sellers to do some pre-packing to limit the items in their home, open up walkways, free up space on shelves and countertops. It makes a huge difference and we offer this additional service to ALL of our clients, no matter the selling price of their property.

Communication

We are masters at keeping our clients informed throughout the selling process. We answer our phones, we reply to your texts and emails.
