I’m Paul Aspelin, a Grand Junction listing agent with over 25 years of experience helping homeowners sell their homes for more using strategic marketing, preparation, and expert negotiation.
I started my career working with a big box brokerage and quickly realized there had to be a better way. In 2005, my wife Michelle and I opened an independent real estate brokerage in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. We successfully helped hundreds of clients over two decades before moving to Grand Junction in 2023 to be closer to our children. Our oldest daughter graduated from CMU in 2022 and now lives in Grand Junction with her husband. Our other daughter is finishing up school at Arizona State University.
