Code of Ethics
The National Association of REALTORS®’s Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group. The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients’ best interests.
On the NAR website you can view the Code of Ethics and Standard Practice document, download a PDF of the current version, see translations into other languages and view previous editions of the Code of Ethics.
Equal Housing Opportunity
As REALTORS® in Grand Junction, Colorado, WE DO NOT discriminate. Please review this page from the National Association of REALTORS® for more housing information. Colorado offers further protections for individuals to avoid discrimination. You can read about that here. We are proud to help everyone with their real estate needs.
Please let us know if you have any questions about ethics and standard practices.
Thank you.
